Location: Hybrid (Taguig City, Philippines). 10 days monthly RTO schedule (2 consecutive weeks)

What you will do

• Act as Product Support Owner for Zebra solutions, managing product offerings and vendor processes.
• Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and deal configurations for reseller partners.
• Coordinate with vendors to monitor inventory availability and submit special bid or discount requests.
• Track and update opportunity progression in CRM systems to maintain the sales pipeline.
• Expedite orders and resolve fulfillment-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide visibility into deal status, risks, and opportunities through reporting and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or High School graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of functional experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations.
• Background in quoting and pricing processes within the IT/Tech distribution industry.
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM, and MS Office.
• Willingness to work on dayshift (SG timezone).
• Ability to adhere to a 10-day monthly RTO schedule.
