Salary: $123,200 - $140,000 per year

What you will do
- Own paid search and intent-based performance strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing, managing budget pacing and bidding strategy.
- Drive efficient growth in First-Time Shoppers and Global Unique Shoppers while lowering cost-per-first-time shopper.
- Manage Google Ads as a cross-surface platform, leveraging automated bidding, audience signals, and first-party conversion data.
- Design and execute a continuous experimentation roadmap including A/B and incrementality testing across audiences, creative, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Creative, Lifecycle, Product, and Data teams to ensure acquired users are tracked through to engagement and retention.
- Maintain channel hygiene and compliance within the cannabis regulatory landscape to keep accounts in good standing.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on paid media experience with deep expertise in Google Ads and auction-driven buying.
- Proven track record of owning significant paid budgets and scaling user acquisition against clear CPA/ROAS targets.
- Strong analytical foundation with fluency in metrics like CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Experience partnering with creative teams on performance creative across search, video, and display assets.
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in a marketplace, publisher, or two-sided platform business.
- Familiarity with attribution tooling, MMPs (e.g., Branch), and GA4.
- Experience managing acquisition in regulated or restricted-advertising categories.
- Comfort mentoring junior team members.
