What you will do
- Define the vision and GTM strategy for co-marketing across the merchant network, including Marketplace programs and emerging media channels.
- Lead and coach a team of Partner Marketers, setting priorities and developing talent.
- Drive revenue growth via performance marketing in the Affirm Marketplace, with accountability for ad revenue, iROAS, and GMV.
- Manage executive-level relationships with marquee merchant partners as a strategic sponsor.
- Establish the operating model for planning cadences, measurement frameworks, and campaign governance.
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics to evolve attribution, incrementality measurement, and reporting.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in Partner, Performance, Affiliate, or Media marketing.
- 3-5 years in a people leadership role.
- Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Proven track record in fintech, retail, or performance-driven marketplaces.
- Deep fluency in performance marketing models, affiliate tracking, and attribution methodologies.
- Strong analytical orientation and experience influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
