TL;DR

Marketing Campaign Specialist (Proptech): Developing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and engagement with an accent on multi-channel execution and data-driven optimization. Focus on managing lifecycle campaigns, building client advocacy programs, and improving lead conversion performance.

Location: Must be based in the United States (can be attached to any hirify.global office in the U.S., e.g., Long Island, NY)

Salary: $80,800–$90,900

What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, SEO, paid media, and web to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with creative, product, and sales teams.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and channel analysis.
  • Build and manage a client advocacy program, conducting interviews to develop case studies and testimonials.
  • Measure and report on ROI, pipeline impact, and marketing attribution using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine targeting and enhance lead conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and digital channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Social).
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign metrics and report on pipeline and ROI.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the real estate or enterprise software industry.
  • Experience managing a formal client reference or advocacy program.
  • Proficiency with marketing software (CRM, CMS, project management tools).
