What you will do

• Support the CRM Strategy Lead in planning and executing email programs across five institutions.
• Develop detailed campaign briefs, audience segmentation logic, and personalization specifications.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Manage A/B test design and analysis to integrate learnings into future planning.
• Maintain platform hygiene and coordinate data issue resolutions with the Data Analyst.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven personalization and content optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing in a multi-brand environment.
• Platform proficiency in enterprise systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing methodology and reporting.
• Technical precision regarding HTML email specifications, deliverability, and QA standards.
• Proficiency with AI tools for subject line generation, content personalization, and send-time optimization.
• Must be based in Baltimore, MD to work closely with the local team.
