What you will do

  • Support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities.
  • Qualify sales opportunities technically, present solutions, and design architectures for quotations.
  • Act as the technical focal point for communication with customers and partners.
  • Coordinate with the R&D team to resolve issues and implement new feature requests.
  • Enable and train partners to position and sell cybersecurity solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Security Consultant, System Integrator, or System Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of complex networks and protocols (CCNA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Experience in Cybersecurity, specifically incident management, pentesting, or ICS security projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver training programs for partners to drive product adoption.
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Willingness and availability to travel.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer systems or telecommunications.

Nice to have

  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, or ISO27001.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and decision-making.
