Location: Hybrid in London, Ontario, Canada. Regular office attendance is preferred. No relocation assistance offered.

What you will do
- Lead engineering teams through regular 1:1s, impact conversations, roadmap planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive cross-regional coordination on platform strategy and technical direction within the global SRE community.
- Define infrastructure patterns, design doc requirements, development practices, and quality standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews and guide engineers in making critical technical decisions.
- Manage platform security, patching cadences, and coordinate major incident management during on-call rotations.
- Advocate for standardized people management and product building approaches in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-performance engineering teams, including career development and performance management.
- Strong proficiency with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Experience collaborating with application development teams to ensure software delivery and quality.
- Ability to design scalable processes, clear ownership models, and documented decision-making standards.
- Excellent written and structured communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, Ontario, Canada to support the hybrid office model.
