What you will do

• Drive growth and shape large-scale client transformations for complex capital programs.
• Partner with C-suite and senior public-sector leaders to modernize capital investment planning and governance.
• Originate and close large infrastructure engagements while building executive relationships across priority industries.
• Lead program execution as an executive sponsor, mobilizing global multi-disciplinary teams.
• Design and implement modern PMO and governance models leveraging data, analytics, and digital tools.
• Mentor high-performing teams and contribute to industry thought leadership and POVs.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of infrastructure or capital projects consulting experience.
• Proven success in business development, origination, and delivery of large-scale engagements.
• Deep expertise in PMO transformation, capital governance, and program delivery.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading major capital modernization or PMO transformation programs.
• Background working with public-sector agencies, utilities, transportation, or large private-sector owners.
• Experience integrating digital tools and analytics into capital programs.
• Experience working within an agile or hybrid delivery environment.
• Advanced degree.
