What you will do

• Define and implement a standardized global project management methodology, tools, and procedures.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of a complex portfolio of hyperscale data center projects from design to commissioning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and PMO professionals.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding project health, risks, and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous process improvement to increase delivery speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, supply chain, and finance teams to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex, and geographically distributed infrastructure projects.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and portfolio-level reporting.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Familiarity with agile certifications like CSM.
