What you will do

  • Establish and maintain portfolio governance frameworks, reporting standards, and executive dashboards.
  • Monitor portfolio health, resource allocation, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from planning through execution.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with executive leadership to operationalize strategic priorities into actionable programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO leadership, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience with enterprise AI tools or large-scale internal technology platforms.
  • Experience building or scaling PMO functions.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, or construction-related industries.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Lean, or Six Sigma.
