What you will do

• Lead workstreams within complex transformation programs and manage senior client stakeholders.
• Analyze markets and customer needs to identify reinvention opportunities and develop business cases.
• Design innovative business models and support go-to-market and monetization strategies.
• Implement target operating models and transformation initiatives, including change and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, product, engineering) to translate strategy into concrete solutions.
• Identify business development opportunities, prepare proposals, and support client pitches.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth environment.
• Strong academic background in business, engineering, technology, or science.
• Expertise in strategy & growth, operating model design, or transformation delivery.
• Experience working with data and AI (including GenAI) to translate capabilities into business value.
• English: C1+ level (excellent communication and storytelling skills required).
• Location: Based in or able to work from Zurich, Switzerland.

• Proficiency in German.
