Intern Corporate Strategy & Innovation (Chemicals)

What you will do

• Support the preparation and coordination of the quarterly Performance Review Meeting process.
• Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects at corporate and business unit levels.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform key strategic decisions.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with leadership teams.
• Support business unit innovation project teams from ideation through to launch preparation and market monitoring.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pratteln, Switzerland.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive and structured working approach.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Initial practical experience in strategy, innovation, consulting, or project management.
• Multilingual skills.
