What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure seamless communication and responsiveness.
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships to promote long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and tailor service solutions to align with their operational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure quality service delivery.
- Drive service sales growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead account review meetings and provide clients with value-driven performance insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong commercial background with proven success in customer development and service sales.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
- Ability to travel extensively, exceeding 50% of working time.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and internal resources effectively.
- Experience with capital goods or equipment is highly desirable.
