What you will do

• Review and manage delegated claims handling processes, including TPA due diligence and SLA performance.
• Oversee the Expert Panel process in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Manage the quarterly Claims peer review cycle, analyzing data to identify deficiencies and improvements.
• Maintain and update the hirify.global International SE Claims Handling Manual.
• Streamline the Claims Authority process to ensure maximum accuracy.
• Lead project management for claims change initiatives and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a claims operational environment.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Germany.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment for claims management and oversight.
• Familiarity with due diligence, performance management, and audit requirements for third-party outsourcing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT systems.
