What you will do

• Review, draft, and manage foundational commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and terms of service.
• Own and optimize the legal tech stack, including e-signing tools and contract management software.
• Drive AI innovation within the legal team to automate workflows and increase efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine legal queries from internal stakeholders.
• Support a variety of commercial legal tasks to enable company growth.

Requirements

• University degree in Law (First State Exam, Bachelor, or Master of Law).
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin or Amsterdam office (hybrid model, 3 days per week).
• Strong interest in the intersection of finance, law, and technology.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to task prioritization.
