What you will do

• Advise the company on all corporate law matters, focusing on national and international corporate structures.
• Lead the preparation and execution of Management Board, Supervisory Board, and Shareholders meetings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, resolutions, and agreements.
• Manage corporate transactions, restructurings, and group-wide projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, HR, and Compliance.
• Support M&A transactions and ensure overall compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with above-average state examination results.
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in corporate law, preferably within an international company or law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of German corporate law; knowledge of European corporate law is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and a solution-oriented working style.
