What you will do

• Sell and renew company products and services via telephone and electronic channels.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and inbound/outbound activities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners and existing customer accounts.
• Support backend sales operations including order processing, quotation generation, and delivery tracking.
• Prepare activity and forecast reports to track sales performance against quotas.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to support organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
• Good command of English.

• Prior experience in the IT distribution industry.
