What you will do

• Build and manage the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Set individual and team KPIs while providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Evaluate daily sales activities to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing departments to execute campaigns and maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Teams to track business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal sales policies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Forex industry OR at least 2 years of team management experience in the Forex industry.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train team members on sales skills and product knowledge.
• Strong work ethic, honesty, and patience in a fast-paced environment.
