What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for front office capital markets projects from initiation through implementation, go-live, and support handover.
• Manage trading workflows including order capture, routing, execution, trade capture, and market data.
• Translate approved scope into executable delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate market connectivity activities including FIX integrations, exchange certifications, and broker onboarding.
• Maintain project governance and tracking using Jira as the system of record for risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Drive go-live readiness and production stability, including cutover planning and hypercare arrangements.

Requirements

• Experience managing client-facing technology delivery and migrations within capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of front office trading environments, including OMS, EMS, and trading desk operating models.
• Working knowledge of FIX messaging, market data feeds, and trading platform integrations.
• Proficiency in project governance, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using Jira for project execution and delivery planning.
• Ability to coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in specific asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, or listed derivatives.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading workflows and venue connectivity.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum Master).
• Experience with regulated financial services environments and production change governance.
