What you will do
- Lead cross-disciplinary delivery teams (direct, matrix, and third parties) to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
- Facilitate squad ceremonies, remove blockers, and manage delivery plans and dependencies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to refine roadmaps and prioritize backlogs.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through portfolio governance when necessary.
- Oversee squad capacity, budget tracking, and financial reporting of productivity metrics.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external partners to foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience governing large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models, with a strong grasp of Kanban.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen for budget and capacity management.
- Experience in stakeholder and third-party management, including high-risk discussions.
- Ability to coordinate delivery across services and identify plan dependencies.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK (credit, CIFAS, and DBS checks required).
