What you will do

• Lead cross-disciplinary delivery teams (direct, matrix, and third parties) to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Facilitate squad ceremonies, remove blockers, and manage delivery plans and dependencies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to refine roadmaps and prioritize backlogs.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating through portfolio governance when necessary.
• Oversee squad capacity, budget tracking, and financial reporting of productivity metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and external partners to foster a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience governing large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models, with a strong grasp of Kanban.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen for budget and capacity management.
• Experience in stakeholder and third-party management, including high-risk discussions.
• Ability to coordinate delivery across services and identify plan dependencies.
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK (credit, CIFAS, and DBS checks required).
