What you will do

• Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders to deepen the partnership.
• Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Lead client onboarding and establish standard operating procedures.
• Monitor account health and operational metrics to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews to client stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global products to ensure clients realize full value.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred.
• Proven track record of consultative selling and growing customers.
• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills.
• CV must be submitted in English.
