What you will do

• Oversee the creation of qualification materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and proposals, ensuring brand adherence.
• Facilitate proposal activities by reviewing RFP/RFQ documentation and planning production schedules.
• Coordinate review schedules with technical leadership to ensure all materials are submitted on time.
• Participate in go/no-go evaluations by assessing resource availability and outlining pursuit schedules.
• Develop competitive analyses and winning strategies to enhance project award likelihood.
• Contribute to pre-proposal marketing, social media initiatives, and public relations efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) or similar industry.
• Proven track record in proposal or pursuit management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint or Microsoft Teams.
• Must be based in the USA to comply with local compensation and labor laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Deltek, or Cosential.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into compelling visual and written materials.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
