What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end proposal development, managing timelines and submission requirements for multiple concurrent pursuits.
- Coordinate internal technical leads and contributors to ensure high-quality content development.
- Write, edit, and compile proposal narratives to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
- Lead compliance reviews to ensure all submissions meet RFP/RFQ specifications.
- Maintain and improve proposal templates, resumes, and project profiles.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop win themes and messaging strategies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, marketing, or business development support.
- Excellent ability to produce clear, persuasive, and well-structured written content.
- Proven experience managing multiple deadlines and coordinating across diverse teams.
- Strong focus on compliance, formatting, and quality control.
- Proficiency with AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Experience with InDesign (preferred) and design tools like Canva.
