Salary: $80,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex IT initiatives, including application, integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage day-to-day execution across all project phases to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and govern project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business needs into functional deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and report status to sponsors and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience supporting application development and data integration.
• 4+ years of recent experience in P&C Insurance and M&A.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC standards.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.
• Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days a week in one of the specified US locations.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• CPCU designation.
• Advanced degree.
• Experience within commercial insurance or financial services.
