Area Vice President, Sales ASEAN (Enterprise GTM): Drive top-line revenue growth across ASEAN through new logo acquisition, upsell motions, and expansion within existing accounts with an accent on leading multi-country enterprise sales execution and coaching RVPs and Enterprise Account Executives. Focus on building and scaling GTM strategy, forecasting and pipeline transparency, and managing executive relationships across diverse cultures and enterprise personas.

What you will do

  • Lead ASEAN GTM Sales to acquire new logos and drive upsell/expansion across existing accounts.
  • Manage, coach, and enable a customer-facing organization of RVPs and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Partner with the Regional SVP to define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and wider ASEAN.
  • Own territory design, vertical growth, and partner strategy; align GTM sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Data Science) to support enterprise deals.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships, forecast revenue accurately, and ensure transparency in pipeline management, pricing negotiations, and territory allocation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise GTM software sales experience with a proven track record across ASEAN markets.
  • 8–10+ years of people management experience, including managing RVPs and leading multi-country enterprise GTM sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the ASEAN commercial landscape, including cultural nuances and buying behaviors.
  • Experience selling Data, AI, Analytics, or related innovation/technology concepts to large enterprises.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise GTM sales cycles, build champions, and align vision with prospects and customers.
  • Advanced communication skills to operate effectively at C-suite level across diverse cultures and geographies.
