What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across APAC.
• Own regional revenue goals and execute commercial strategies to accelerate advertiser adoption and retention.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners in the region.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align product development with APAC market needs.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline, and territory planning to ensure operational excellence.
• Recruit and retain top talent to build leadership bench strength.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or technology commercial leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales or revenue teams.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple international markets.
• Experience managing distributed teams across APAC and understanding of regional cultural nuances.
• Ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore.
