Partner Director (AWS Alliance Partnership): Leading the strategic alliance between hirify.global and AWS across the APAC region with an accent on GTM strategy, co-sell execution, and ecosystem scaling. Focus on mobilizing AWS country teams and system integrators to deliver hirify.global-powered solutions on AWS infrastructure.

Location: Singapore (Regular travel across APAC, occasional travel to the US)

What you will do

• Shape and execute the APAC AWS alliance strategy and annual operating plan.
• Own regional AWS relationships and coordinate with country teams and local Partner Directors.
• Develop joint account plans and drive co-sell execution with AWS and services partners.
• Build and manage the AWS governance model, including pipeline reviews and executive business reviews.
• Create scalable sales plays, enablement materials, and field communications.
• Translate partner and customer feedback into recommendations for Product and GTM leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, cloud alliances, or GTM roles within SaaS, cloud, or AI.
• Significant experience scaling hyperscaler-alliance motions across multiple markets.
• Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem (ACE, Marketplace, partner programs).
• Proven record of driving partner-sourced opportunities and customer wins.
• Ability to engage C-suite executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud and AI concepts.
