What you will do
- Analyze existing client processes and map them to product configurations.
- Manage the end-to-end installation process for new core system implementations.
- Perform system setup, including parameter configuration and job file creation.
- Provide onsite and remote software training and testing support for credit union staff.
- Communicate client needs to internal programming and development teams.
- Create training materials and documentation for both internal and external users.
Requirements
- Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
- At least 4 years of credit union back-office operations experience.
- Proven experience managing project-based work and meeting strict deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client implementations.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during project phases.
- Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Episys front or back-office functionality.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with products or competitor core banking systems.
- Experience translating complex business processes into software configurations.
