What you will do

• Analyze existing client processes and map them to hirify.global product configurations.
• Manage the end-to-end installation process for new core system implementations.
• Perform system setup, including parameter configuration and job file creation.
• Provide onsite and remote software training and testing support for credit union staff.
• Communicate client needs to internal programming and development teams.
• Create training materials and documentation for both internal and external users.

Requirements

• Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
• At least 4 years of credit union back-office operations experience.
• Proven experience managing project-based work and meeting strict deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client implementations.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during project phases.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Episys front or back-office functionality.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field.
