What you will do

• Manage month-end service delivery, including full reconciliation and book completion for dedicated accounts.
• Lead a white-glove onboarding process to ensure new accounting customers are successfully integrated.
• Consult clients on financial statement errors, chart of accounts cleanup, and sales tax matters.
• Resolve unresolved A/P and A/R issues and manage interactions with third parties.
• Maintain high-quality customer experiences and ensure timely follow-ups through robust organization.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• In-depth understanding of SMB accounting methods, consolidation, and flux analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a certification such as QBO Proadvisor.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience or interest in home service business trades.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects with high attention to detail.
