What you will do

• Process high-volume invoices, matching them to purchase orders and coding them to general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process daily wire transfers, check payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Manage vendor records, including setup, payment terms, and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain a comprehensive disbursement database and manage physical and digital financial archives.
• Support monthly closing activities by preparing accruals and performing reconciliations.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts payable function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger systems and AP processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the National Capital Region, Philippines.
