What you will do

• Manage month-end service delivery, including full reconciliation and closing of books for dedicated accounts.
• Guide customers through a white-glove onboarding journey to ensure accurate financial setup and confidence.
• Provide expert consultancy on financial statements, chart of accounts cleanup, sales tax, and A/P or A/R issues.
• Maintain exceptional customer experiences and ensure timely client follow-ups and communication.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• In-depth understanding of SMB accounting methods, including journal entries and flux analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a relevant certification (e.g., QBO Proadvisor).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
