What you will do

• Define and lead the roadmap for database change governance workflows, policy enforcement, and risk-based controls.
• Drive the strategy and execution for ecosystem integrations across CI/CD tools, source control, ITSM platforms, and cloud platforms.
• Own compliance frameworks and governance rule systems aligned with SOX, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities from concept to launch.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate complex pain points into scalable product solutions.
• Define KPIs and success metrics related to adoption, compliance coverage, and governance effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Strong experience with DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, or data platform products.
• Proven ability to translate complex security, compliance, and technical requirements into structured capabilities.
• Deep understanding of enterprise environments, particularly within regulated industries or Fortune 500 organizations.
• Experience building or managing ecosystem integrations and APIs.
• Must be based in the United States.
