What you will do

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the Accreditation AI product area.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for AI-assisted compliance features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data/AI, Design, and QA teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and prioritize product enhancements based on real-world accreditation pain points.
• Lead beta programs and product validation activities to ensure features meet customer needs before broader release.
• Analyze product performance and market trends to inform strategic trade-offs and roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or product-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate AI system behavior, data quality, and engineering constraints.
• Proficiency with Agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Aha!.
• Experience with data analytics and performance measurement tools.
