Location: Hybrid in Santiago, Chile (Expected in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Enterprise readiness, focusing on how AI features are governed and audited.
• Develop core primitives for identity & access, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and extensibility APIs.
• Define admin controls for AI, including permissions for agents and observability into automations.
• Translate deal signals and security review feedback into durable platform investments.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Security, and Sales to drive alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in high-growth B2B, specifically shipping to IT or security buyers.
• Deep fluency in identity and security standards (SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC).
• Strong opinions and strategic thinking regarding AI in the admin/IT context.
• Systems thinking capability to anticipate second-order effects in complex permission models.
• High level of rigor and polish for Enterprise-grade admin UX.
• Ability to operate comfortably in an ambiguous, newly formed pod.
