What you will do

• Own end-to-end billing operations for AWS and other partner channels, including usage ingestion, reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Build and scale repeatable billing processes for cloud marketplaces and ecosystem-based business models.
• Partner with AWS and other external partners to resolve billing discrepancies and reporting gaps.
• Embed AI and automation into Order Management and Billing workflows to eliminate manual intervention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Systems, Product, Engineering, GTM, and Legal teams.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure billing accuracy and overall operational throughput.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Billing Operations, Order Management, or usage-based billing environments.
• Deep understanding of partner or marketplace billing models, pricing structures, and exception management.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ, ERP, and billing platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe, or Metronome.
• Proven experience operationalizing new partner channels and defining workflow controls.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing month-end reconciliations.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
