Location: This role requires working from the hirify.global Office in Makati City, Philippines on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be amenable to work on night shift | US Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Support the order-to-bill process, including account creation and approval.
• Process account updates, invoices, and credits.
• Research and obtain information to resolve billing issues.
• Field client billing queries and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Partner with the Account Management Team on specific client cases to understand asset portfolio and billing.
• Act as a cross-departmental liaison for Business, Legal, Finance, Account Management and Service teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in an order-to-bill workflow or comparable Finance/Purchasing/Customer Service role.
• Amenable to work on NIGHT SHIFT | US Eastern Time.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral with great telephone manner.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
