What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Contract Representatives, setting clear performance goals and standards.
  • Own end-to-end operational performance for Year 2 and Year 3 billing readiness and PO collection.
  • Manage complex escalations regarding customer issues and contract discrepancies.
  • Drive process improvements and document SOPs to reduce cycle times and manual effort.
  • Ensure high data accuracy across Salesforce contracts and billing opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Finance teams to identify and mitigate systemic revenue risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6–9 years of experience in Order Management, Contract Operations, Billing Operations, or Renewals/Sales Operations.
  • 2–3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • SaaS or subscription-based business experience.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
  • Background in process improvement or operational excellence.
  • Experience operating in a global or regional shared services environment.
