Plant Controller (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead financial control, cost management, budgeting, and plant performance tracking.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and key KPIs including ROS, ROCE, and Inventory Stock Days.
• Oversee annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, and cost-center reporting.
• Manage SAP Controlling Module, month-end closing, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales to improve KPIs and provide pricing insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and cost control team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in cost control or financial management.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in SAP (Controlling Module) and Microsoft Office.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
