What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate and process salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, leave balances, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and SOX controls.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports for analysis.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to integrate systems and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Mexico and LATAM payroll.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor, social security, and tax legislation.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Supervisor or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software systems.
