What you will do

• Request and track AML documentation from investors in managed funds.
• Maintain and update AML records and trackers in accordance with data policies.
• Investigate and verify potential matches against sanctions, adverse media, and PEP lists.
• Liaise with internal Investor & Client Operations teams to resolve AML-related queries.
• Handle and escalate complex investor queries and complaints per company policy.
• Prepare investor files for review by senior management and the MLRO.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an AML or compliance role.
• Proven experience in reviewing investors for AML purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to task management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and management interaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Kuala Lumpur.
