Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €35,000–€60,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close.
- Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations for IT and Operations leaders.
- Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams to shape future product direction.
- Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
- Native-level Dutch and professional English proficiency are required.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience managing pipelines and forecasts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and iterating.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in French.
- Experience selling to IT personas such as CIOs, IT Managers, or VPs of Engineering.
- Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling within existing customer bases.
