Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000–€60,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations for IT and Operations leaders.
  • Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams to shape future product direction.
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
  • Native-level Dutch and professional English proficiency are required.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing pipelines and forecasts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and iterating.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in French.
  • Experience selling to IT personas such as CIOs, IT Managers, or VPs of Engineering.
  • Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling within existing customer bases.
