What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal.
• Run discovery calls to understand customer IT, device, and SaaS management needs.
• Deliver tailored product demos and consultative sales presentations.
• Build strong relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Native Italian language proficiency.
• Professional English level.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to IT, Ops, or technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SaaS, ITSM, MDM, or cloud/automation tools.
