Location: Based at the campus in Heidelberg, Germany

Salary: from 3,434 EUR monthly (after tax)

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain job requisitions and candidate records in Workday.
  • Support vacancy announcements across relevant channels and social media.
  • Coordinate remote and onsite interviews, including schedules and logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional experience.
  • Handle administrative activities, including travel arrangements and invoice processing.
  • Prepare reports and support talent acquisition projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education and training in HR administration and/or talent acquisition.
  • Initial professional experience in HR.
  • Professional command of English.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital productivity and online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

  • Relevant work experience gained from an international environment.
  • Working knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
