• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Develop and refine sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to design structured, fair, and effective interview processes.
• Design and implement a structured onboarding process to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
• Collaborate with IT and Office Management to manage pre-boarding and first-day experiences.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and onboarding satisfaction to drive continuous process improvement.

• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
• Proven track record in high-volume and senior-level recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering onboarding programs.
• Solid understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Personio).
• Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the Berlin office on a hybrid basis.
