TL;DR

Focus on prioritizing trading-critical processes, managing non-production environments, and improving support governance across front, middle, and back office functions.

What you will do

  • Handle L1/L2 incidents, service requests, and user questions on the Orchestrade platform.
  • Monitor application health, batches, and interfaces during trading hours.
  • Prioritize critical processes including monthly closing, EOD batches, and P&L cut-off.
  • Manage user access in compliance with SOX policies and IT internal controls.
  • Prepare and execute functional, integration, and regression tests while managing non-production environments, deployments, and releases.
  • Improve documentation, user training, process automation, and collaboration with Middle Office, Back Office, Front Office, Finance, Risk, and IT.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in orchestration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in application support for ETRM systems.
  • Knowledge of electricity markets and power trading.
  • Knowledge of SOX environments and IT internal controls.
  • Fluent English and French required.
