French Speaking Front Office IT Support Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide real-time IT support for Front Office trading platforms during market hours.
• Monitor trading activity, investigate system behavior, and resolve production incidents.
• Manage real-time market data configurations and support electronic execution workflows.
• Collaborate with Trading Desks and Development and Infrastructure teams.
• Participate in change management, testing, and system release deployments.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Previous IT support experience with basic-to-intermediate Linux/UNIX command-line knowledge.
• Basic SQL skills for querying databases.
• Strong communication, pragmatism, resourcefulness, and problem-solving judgment.
• Genuine interest in financial products such as bonds, swaps, and equities.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
