What you will do

• Nurture and manage a portfolio of trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to increase impact.
• Collaborate with the Client Services Director to shape and execute account strategies that support growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including client communications, onboarding, and team rotations.
• Oversee commercial management of accounts to ensure long-term success.
• Build and source teams based on client needs and internal skill availability.
• Act as the primary trusted point of contact between the client and the delivery team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an account executive or coordinator managing day-to-day account operations.
• Ability to build trust quickly with clients and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong capacity for navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and outcome-focused professional approach.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Manchester, UK.
