TL;DR

Renewal Account Manager (SaaS): Managing contract renewals and revenue retention for a global software leader with an accent on negotiation strategy, financial analysis, and stakeholder management. Focus on building long-term customer relationships, optimizing pricing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

  • Analyze financial reports and contract documents to prepare for renewal discussions.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and multi-year extensions to maximize revenue retention.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Finance to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Engage directly with high-level customer stakeholders to understand goals and resolve risks.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, billing methods, and competitor strategies.
  • Track and report on key renewal metrics using Salesforce and Excel.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation and service delivery.
  • Proven experience with SaaS billing models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
