What you will do
- Analyze financial reports and contract documents to prepare for renewal discussions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and multi-year extensions to maximize revenue retention.
- Partner with Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Finance to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Engage directly with high-level customer stakeholders to understand goals and resolve risks.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, billing methods, and competitor strategies.
- Track and report on key renewal metrics using Salesforce and Excel.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation and service delivery.
- Proven experience with SaaS billing models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
