What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CDOs) in financial services.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for digital experience, data, AI, and enterprise transformation.
• Own commercial performance, including revenue, margin, and long-term growth planning.
• Lead new business pursuits and develop winning proposals and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leverage a global delivery model to ensure high-quality execution.
• Provide strategic oversight and escalation support for complex transformation programmes.

Requirements

• Deep experience working with financial services clients (banking, insurance, fintech, or asset/wealth managers).
• Proven track record of owning and growing £multi-million portfolios.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of regulatory environments, data governance, and security considerations.
• Knowledge of trends such as open banking, embedded finance, AI, and platform modernisation.
