What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers, including technical setup and project management.
• Configure and customize the platform to solve specific client procurement challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating workflows into existing client systems and processes.
• Conduct training and Q&A sessions to empower customers to use the product independently.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to resolve issues and drive satisfaction.
• Act as the primary technical contact for configuration requests and provide feedback to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be legally able to work in the UK.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in a solution consultant, project management, or functional advisory role.
• Proven experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong background in consulting on platform integration and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with a focus on customer relationship management.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement and finance tools like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage.
• Strong technical skills, including comfort with software configuration, integrations, and reading JSON/API documentation.
• In-depth understanding of B2B procure-to-pay processes.
